Shift Calendar - Pay Diary is provided by Julian Sainz Martinez. Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the applicable App Store terms. This page explains the app’s features and purchase model; it does not replace your statutory consumer rights or Apple’s standard licence.
Free trial and lifetime access
The free trial unlocks editing for 14 consecutive days from its original App Store purchase date. Starting it requires the App Store. The trial does not renew and does not automatically charge you. Restoring purchases does not restart the trial.
A separate, non-consumable one-time purchase unlocks continued editing. The App Store displays the applicable local price before you confirm. There is no recurring subscription. Restore purchases using the Apple Account that purchased access. Refunded or revoked purchases no longer grant lifetime access.
After the trial ends, viewing your existing calendar, backup, restore, export and deletion remain available without a lifetime purchase. Lifetime access refers to the app’s unlocked feature entitlement, not a promise of compatibility with all future operating systems or indefinite updates.
Pay estimates and work records
The app is a personal planning and record-keeping tool. Gross estimates depend on the shifts, actual work, rates and rules you enter. They do not calculate income tax, deductions, net salary, statutory leave accrual or every employment agreement. Compare gross with gross and check your official work records and pay statement. A displayed difference is not a determination of underpayment or entitlement.
Your local data
You control the information you enter and the files you share. Keep regular backups in a location you control. A purchase does not back up your calendar, and restoring a purchase does not restore work records. The developer cannot retrieve your lost local data or recover a forgotten backup password. Read the privacy policy for details about optional permissions, exports and providers.
Payslip documents
You may save readable, unlocked PDF copies up to 10 MB each for personal reference and manual comparison. The app does not interpret a payslip or verify its accuracy. Saved PDFs are included in full backups; backups containing PDFs require app build 3 or later. Keep original documents and backups in a location you control.
Reminders and shared schedules
Local reminders depend on device settings and iOS delivery and are not guaranteed wake-up alarms. Shared schedules are snapshots, not live synchronization. Confirm important work arrangements through your employer’s usual process.
Support and purchases
For app support, visit the support page. Payment, billing and refund requests are handled through Apple’s purchase support, including Report a Problem. Eligibility depends on Apple’s terms and applicable law.
